Mountain Ski Center and Garnet Hill Ski Touring

as well as gift shops, clothing, general
merchandise, sporting goods, shoe stores, a train
and military model store, groceries and butchers,
including the nationally famous
Oscar's
Smokehouse! Plus comprehensive garden, lumber and
hardware stores, to provide the needs of year
round and seasonal residents.
Restaurants also abound, from local
diners and fast-food chains to fine dining in
restored old homes and even a riverside grist
mill!

The World's Largest Garage Sale!
For
one weekend in the fall - ALWAYS the weekend PRIOR
TO the Columbus Day Holiday Weekend - Warrensburg's
population increases twenty-fold. Rain or
shine, over a thousand vendors set up tables and
tents to sell everything from antiques to zithers,
both old and new merchandise. Begun modestly
in 1980, the sale now extends from one end of town to
the other, and beyond! |
